    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order. Most in stock orders will arrive within 7-10 business days within the Saudi Arabia . If we are out of stock of an item ordered we will order it from our distribution center warehouse which can add an additional 7-10 days to your delivery date. Parts that are on an excessive backorder of greater than 30 days will be noted on the product page itself. A product that is available for sale does not reflect our actual inventory as it’s constantly changing.

    How much does shipping cost?

    The shipping costs for orders are dynamically calculated when customers go through our checkout process. The calculation for shipping costs factor in the dimensions and weight of the products being purchased as well as the shipping destination and other shipping company-specific delivery options presented to the user when checking out.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Most of products available at desertfoxoffroad.com are returnable, provided they are returned in fully re-saleable condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. You can return products within 7 days of receipt of the product in original, undamaged packaging.

    Returned product(s) should be in a fully re-saleable condition, with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition, items not returned in the above condition will fail inspection and a refund will not be issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.

    Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be in new and unused condition.
