Heavy-Duty Construction: ARB uses CNC machined high-tensile solid nodular iron structure for their differential covers. This material is harder and stronger than carbon steel. For increased durability and reduced flex, ARB uses a cross-brace design that adds more than 1300 Nm/deg (960 ft/lbs) of torsional rigidity to the entire axle assembly. To avoid corrosion, ARB both powder coats and clear coats their differential covers.
User Friendly Design: Unlike most differential covers, ARB differential covers have both a fill and drain hole. Both included plugs have built-in rare-earth magnets to collect metal particles. The fill hole plug features an integrated dip stick that makes checking gear oil a breeze.
High-Clearance: By using a low-profile design, ARB Competition Differential Covers improve off-road approach and departure angles. Both the drain plug and mounting bolts are recessed, so they will not hang up on obstacles, or get damaged on the trail.
